Electronic Key Management

The Creone KeyControl series is the Smartest KeyBox System with Electronic Key Identification and Key Management for tracking and control of each individual key. The Key Cabinets are administered via the KeyWin Software which logs and saves all events.

The Keycontrol series is fully flexible and can easily be expanded to store anywhere from 14 to thousands of keys in just one key management system. In line with your growing needs, you can easily add more strips and key positions to your key cabinet or add more key cabinets/extension cabinets to the same system. Keys can be returned to Locked Positions and Cabinets, or Random Return to any position and cabinets in different areas.

Various models of each key cabinets are available, with a Maximum of 42, 84, 210, 224 and 924 keys respectively in each cabinet. All Key Cabinets are Constructed in Steel with a solid steel door for maximum Security and Intelli-Pins are manufactured for Longer Lasting Quality.

Electronic Key Management

Personal Code

The Key Cabinets is Equipped with a Keypad for Programming and Entering Personal Codes.

Key Names and Bookings

Give each key a name of your choice, or a Key ID, to create order in your Key Management. Reserve Keys for Specific Users with email Booking Notifications.

Groups and Schedules

Create User Groups or Limit Groups Access by using Schedules for Access, Create Alerts for Keys not Returned in Certain Time Frame.

Visual Cabinet View

Gives you the option to view the Key Cabinet’s status and edit keys in the Cabinet.

Event Logs

All Events are Registered in the Log, both from Key Cabinet and Keywin6. Filter Results Easily. Email Alerts are sent to the Notification Groups Specified.

Alarms

The Key Cabinet is equipped with an Alarm Function that signals when the Door has been left open or keys returned to incorrect positions, can also be connected to armed response alarm signals.

When you receive an Alarm by Email, the alarm is clearly marked by a red event in the event log on KeyWin6 and can Easily see who or what has triggered the Alarm.
